Our Certified home Assistants are available to assist you with bathing, showering, dressing and other daily activities to help you feel good, so you can make the most of out of your day.

Transportation Services

Transportation services are provided for your personal needs, wellbeing and enjoyment. Medical appointments, shopping outings and social engagements are just some examples of the frequent requests made by our clients. In addition, providing companionship to family gatherings and social outings helps to maintain a sense of wellbeing and reduces isolation.

Meal Preparation and Nutritional Counseling

Liberty at Home offers meal planning and preparation, as well as nutritional counseling, for all your dietary needs. We can also counsel you on weight management and help with grocery shopping by either accompanying you on your errand or handling your shopping for you.

Home Maintenance and Repair

Home maintenance and repair does not need to be a burden or a safety hazard for individuals who wish to remain living in the comfort of their own home. Basic, skilled and seasonal services such as lawn care and snow removal are available to you.

Resources for Aging

Lifestyle Care Counseling is a professional evaluation of support needs and resources that may be necessary during a period of transition, such as selecting a retirement living option or becoming educated about available community resources.

Personal Household Management is available for the overwhelming feelings that follow an illness and are associated with bill payments, record keeping, coordination of insurance benefits and the completion of reimbursement forms.
