Liberty at Home, an affiliate of Liberty Lutheran Services, provides personal care and support for the growing number of adults who wish to remain living in their own home.  We understand that choosing the right home care agency is important for your optimal health and recovery, and for your peace of mind.  

Liberty at Home invites you to learn more about the many service options available to you for personal care and support.  We are also able to provide services covered under your Medicare benefit (see full description to the left.)

Liberty at Home, Division of Home Health, is a Medicare certified, fully insured and licensed home health agency. 

Liberty at Home, Division of Home Care, is a fully insured agency offering non-skilled support services.
