Liberty at Home is the most recent addition to the Liberty Lutheran family. Although we only had minimal funding in the beginning, we knew that we could provide assisted living services to many individuals who would otherwise need to seek care in a facility but who wished to maintain their independence and live in the comfort of their own home. Liberty Lutheran made the investment to help us begin this important new at-home care service and we now proudly serve individuals in Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware and Chester counties.
